We are nurturers. Period. We nurture the nurturers. Stylists give a lot each day. More often than not we leave it all on the table (salon floor). We celebrate with our clients. We grieve with them. We advise them. With all of the pouring out we do, we have to remember to CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY refill our own cups.  Not only can this affect our personal well-being, but it can also significantly impact our professional performance and longevity in the industry.
